Sayonara...
There is such thing as Fate. It was our annual December gathering with my group of friends, the group that went to Kintamani for dinner in June. We were in the car and who were to message me? It was the boys from the restaurant! K and his freinds wanted to inform me that they were heading back to Bali for good that day! I quickly asked them what time they would be leaving the hotel and arriving at the airport. They told me the flight would be at 7pm and they had to check in by 5pm. We quickly went to buy parting gifts for them from Great World City and I gave them a call. I got to speak to K and we decided that since we were running out of time, we would go straight to the airport instead of the hotel.
K messaged me to call him at another number when we reached the airport. We decided not to and went to Row 14 to look for them instead. We located them easily. K has put on weight but he is as cute as ever. Since there was time, my friend suggested going to Swenson for an ice cream. It was awkward, I didn't want to walk next to K's friend in case he got the wrong idea and I didn't want to walk next to K too because I didn't want to appear like I needed his attention.
I was seated opposite to K's friend in Swenson, he chatted with us in ease but K seemed to be a little unsettled, wonder why. During the meal, I took peeps at K's face, his eyes are beautiful, very mesmerising. Haiz. I didn't get to speak to K, I very much wanted to tell him that I had bought a Sony digicam too but I just couldn't bring myself to open my mouth. After that we headed back to T1 to take a picture with them. I could hear K exclaiming to no one in particular that we both have Sony digicams but I pretended not hear it. While I was telling a lady how to use my digicam, I could see from the corner of my eyes they were busy arranging positions and true enough, K ended up standing next to me (Haiz, my friends, the bridges). While standing next to him, my malfunction nose suddenly could pick up his perfume, so familiar. Sigh, I would never forget his smell. After hearing his friend playing guitar and singing a song, we bade farewell to them.
They are nice boys but because of some complications, we didn't get to meet up more and get to know each other better. Such a waste. If it is really fated, maybe we will meet again...
